a friend asked for a favor to do her cousin's make-up.. you see, i'm not that good doing other people's make-up but i'm an expert when it comes to my face.hahaha.. but anyway, i think it turned out good. be the judge!

while waiting for angie (my client of the day) and some of my friends, jay & i decided to have an instant photo shoot. background= BOXES!hahahahaha.. super instant, right? anyway, it's kinda dark outside dad's office a.k.a. my brothers' music studio and mom's bodega so pardon the lighting.

dress bags and yummy kawaii prints

Every time i visit some thrift stores, I always look for some clothes with cute fabrics, coz well who doesn't? But I am not always lucky at the adult section so i started exploring the kids section..lo and behold!! There are soooo many cute lil' dresses with those cherries, strawberries and other kawaii prints you can think of on a fabric! Actually, sometimes i really wish i have a baby girl, so yeah that's why i also love looking at those frilly lil' dresses. Haha! Anyway, first i bought a black sleeveless with a big bunny skull print, i don't know what to do with it, I just like it coz it's really cute and the back has a corset detail. And then, my creative juices started flowing.. Next thing I know, i transformed it into a bag!!



And I enjoyed doing it so I made three more..:)


this is my fave and i often use this.. there were few people who came up to me to ask where i got it, so i told them that i made it.:))

If you're wondering what kind of dresses and prints, well, i have 2 black and white lacy dress, a blue cherry dress. The one with the strawberry print, i already used it for a headdress..here it is..

it's only a spag strap with a lil' see-thru lace just for my love for lace!=P

lower part is hot pink that is balloon-type, of course with a super puffy petticoat worn inside. the black thingy on the middle is made of lace.=)


i only used color pencils.hehehehehe.

my life is not in black&white..but i love it!

i unpacked my stuff yesterday..damn!!! i was soooo tired!!! i have 1 big maleta full of clothes plus 4 oversized bags which is also filled w/ clothes, 3 bags of accessories, 3 oversized bags for shoes and 1 very very big bag for my bags..
i'll be staying here for only a month! and i'll also be going home every wednesday this april..as for may, i really dunno my sched yet.. anyhoo, i think my stuff are not yet enough! i want moooar!!! and so there goes the problem! i was suppose to got to SoFA this morning but..fukk the "what clothes to wear dilemma"! i have so many choices and i dunno which one to wear.. so instead i went with this..

i am soooo controlling myself not to buy all the pretty stuff i see. i just convince myself that it'll still be there when i come back.. yeah right! but well, when it comes to books.. there is no coming back!!! touch it and buy it! i've been looking everywhere for anne rice's beauty series and i am in luck today!!!

btw, i went to SoFA today and paid my tuition..ms madeline told me that i'll have a freebie bag from L'Oreal!! how cool is that?! i also talked to ms munda (director) about some stuff like the fashion life in naga(which of course i mentioned my dearest friend, paul^_^), the stuff i need to buy and my sched for the classes. oh i mentioned that people in naga are mostly into gimiks not fashion! there are only a few people who can pull off really funky style(ahem!..hi paul!) and most famous designers there are gay..so i guess i'll be one of the famous girl designer!talk about girl and gay power!love it!!

i ordered a laptop bag from kathzcraze even before i have my own laptop..ok i have a white vaio but i share it with gotti and it's big and heavy. last week i asked my dad if he can lend me one of his laptops, and indeed, he gave me the apple green asus, the really small and kawaii one.=) he said that since i'll be using it for browsing only, then it'll be perfect for me.actually, it doesn't matter! i just want a laptop for the hello kitty laptop bag!hahahaha!

some of you might be aware that i post stuff which i buy almost everyday, including online at my multiply account, princezbrat. i just noticed that my albums are very cluttered and i'm so "tamad" to organize them. thanks to some fashionista bloggers especially ms jenni eppesron and also to my designer friend, paul.. i have another account to update!hahahahaha!

if you don't know me, well, i don't care!kiddin'! i'm ling and i'm a certified shopaholic. i love online shopping because it's very convenient for me, coz well i live in a province and there are only 2 malls here , SM city that will open on may and some boutiques which i think sells the same stuff.. yikes! i love going to ukay-ukay or thrift stores and i'm not ashamed of it! why would i? my fashion statement is to be as unique as possible! i'll be caught dead wearing stuff that almost all fashionista-wannabes are wearing!no effin' way! besides, ukay-ukays here are clean and i let our laundrywoman wash it twice!hehe..

oh btw, i'm 23 years old, b.s. psychology major graduate of adnu, a general manager of our grocery store and the queen of LoliBrats' Corner. i also have a great family!we call our family, LingGotChi.. ling is of course, your queen..Got is my hubby, short for Palgot or Gotti and Chi is for Gotchi/Tamagotchi, but his real name is Marxzeus Christian. i love them to bits! but i'll be away from them this summer coz i'll be fulfilling my another dream. I'll be in SoFA(School of Fashion and the Arts) for my Basic Sewing and Patternmaking class, Basic Make-Up and Fashion Overview Module. i really wanna enroll at their BD in Fashion Design in Merch. but i can't coz i have a business to manage and a family to take care of. so i guess, i really should be thankful for their summer courses.=)
